Position Summary:
As a Guest Services Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our esteemed guests. Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming guests and guiding them to their accommodations. You will assist guests in entering and exiting the property, providing them with information about our amenities, services, and local attractions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their rooms.
  • Open doors and assist guests with their luggage.
  • Inform guests about property features, including room amenities and services.
  • Transport luggage to and from guest rooms and designated areas.
  • Provide directions and arrange transportation services as needed.
  • Communicate parking procedures clearly to guests.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating their needs and addressing any concerns.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Ability to navigate various surfaces and perform tasks that require standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: No prior experience required.
Supervisory Experience: Not applicable.
License or Certification: None required.
