Position Overview:

As a Guest Services Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming guests, assisting with their needs, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greet and guide guests to their accommodations, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.
  2. Open doors and assist guests and visitors as they enter and exit the property.
  3. Inform guests about the amenities, services, and operational hours available on the property, as well as local attractions and activities.
  4. Explain room features and services, including the use of room keys, mini-bars, and in-room safes.
  5. Assist with transporting luggage to and from guest rooms and designated areas.
  6. Provide directions and arrange transportation services for guests, including taxis and shuttles.
  7. Communicate parking procedures clearly to guests and visitors.

Professional Standards:

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, reporting any accidents or unsafe conditions to management. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the confidentiality of proprietary information. Foster positive relationships with guests and colleagues, and respond to service needs with genuine care and attention.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires the ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently. Assistance may be needed for heavier items. You will also need to navigate various surfaces and stairs throughout the property.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • No prior related work experience is necessary.
  • No supervisory experience required.
