POSITION SUMMARY
As a key member of our guest services team, you will be responsible for managing and addressing all guest inquiries, requests, and concerns through various communication channels including telephone, email, and chat. Your role will involve operating the telephone switchboard, processing wake-up call requests, and efficiently directing calls to the appropriate departments.
In this position, you will accurately receive, document, and relay messages. You will also log all guest requests into our system, ensuring timely follow-up to guarantee guest satisfaction. Providing information about room features, property amenities, and local attractions will be part of your daily responsibilities. Additionally, you may assist with room service orders and provide support for internet and entertainment access in guest rooms.
Adhering to company policies and maintaining a professional appearance is essential. You will be expected to maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold high standards of service. Welcoming guests with genuine appreciation and addressing their needs proactively will be crucial to your success in this role.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: No prior experience required.
Supervisory Experience: Not applicable.
License or Certification: None required.
The compensation for this position ranges from $18.00 per hour, with benefits including healthcare, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, life insurance, and disability coverage. Eligibility for benefits may vary based on company policies.
