POSITION SUMMARY
As a key member of our guest services team, you will be responsible for managing and responding to all guest inquiries, requests, and concerns through various communication channels including telephone, email, and chat. Your role will involve operating the telephone switchboard, facilitating wake-up calls, and ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate departments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Accurately logging and relaying messages and requests.
- Documenting guest interactions in our system and following up to ensure satisfaction.
- Providing detailed information regarding room features, property amenities, and local attractions.
- Assisting with room service orders and answering menu-related questions.
- Supporting guests with internet access and entertainment options in their rooms.
In this role, you will adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. You will be expected to uphold confidentiality, protect company assets, and demonstrate exceptional service standards.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: No prior experience required.
Supervisory Experience: Not applicable.
License or Certification: None required.
The compensation for this position ranges from $18.00 per hour, inclusive of comprehensive health care benefits, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, life insurance, and disability coverage. Benefits are subject to eligibility and other requirements.
