POSITION OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures; report any incidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management; maintain a clean and professional appearance; safeguard confidential information; protect company resources.
  • Greet and acknowledge guests in accordance with company standards; proactively address guests' service requirements; assist guests with disabilities; express genuine gratitude to guests.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally; handle phone calls with appropriate etiquette.
  • Foster and maintain positive working relationships; collaborate with the team to achieve shared objectives; listen and respond effectively to employee concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place items weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Demonstrate a commitment to customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Carry out other reasonable duties as assigned by Supervisors.
