Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated field sales executive to discover new potential clients and enhance relationships with existing customers to meet sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish our brand as the preferred choice in the industry through thorough market analysis and understanding of product developments.
  • Deliver tailored solutions for clients, negotiate the specifics of sales agreements, and successfully finalize transactions.
  • Identify and address potential challenges such as competition, customer pain points, budget constraints, and timelines by effectively qualifying prospective clients.
  • Efficiently manage your sales leads and opportunities through the sales pipeline while continuously introducing new potential clients into the process.
  • Exceed monthly revenue targets and engage in activities that generate leads or sales.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
  • Preferred experience in the industry or familiarity with the product, along with a minimum of a high school diploma.
  • Team-oriented, organized, self-motivated individual with a focus on service, attention to detail, problem-solving, and meeting deadlines.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales is preferred.
  • A proven track record as a consistent top performer in sales.
