Job Purpose:
The Field Sales Executive plays a crucial role in establishing and nurturing relationships with our clientele.
This position provides an opportunity to demonstrate your B2B sales proficiency by crafting strategies to enhance an existing portfolio while actively seeking new prospects.
Successful Field Sales Executives are adept communicators, strategic planners, and are motivated by meeting sales objectives.Key Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive sales visits for both new and existing clients - showcase and demonstrate new offerings, clarify promotions, and identify stocking opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with store and operations staff to enhance service and address any client concerns.
- Onboard new accounts, boost sales, and fulfill individual sales growth targets.
- Execute and promote the company's sales initiatives.
- Arrange meetings with clients and adapt to their schedules.
- Complete a minimum of 15 in-person sales meetings with clients daily.
- Thoroughly document all sales interactions in our industry-leading CRM system during or immediately following each visit.
- Assess the frequency of client sales interactions and establish a consistent appointment schedule.
- Participate in meetings, conferences, and association events as required.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state driver's license and insurance
- Must possess a vehicle.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Additional Requirements:
