Position Overview

The Talent Mine is in search of skilled Avionics Testing Engineers with expertise in Python automation for contract-to-hire opportunities. This role is associated with a leading organization in the aerospace sector, concentrating on innovative research and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, execute, and document avionics testing procedures
  • Evaluate Environmental/EMI test results
  • Recognize and mitigate risks during test execution
  • Work closely with both internal teams and external laboratories
  • Contribute to the development of testing equipment
  • Ensure traceability of hardware requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Over 5 years of experience in hardware design and testing
  • Minimum of 2 years in electronics testing
  • Solid understanding of both analog and digital electronic systems
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Eligibility to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
  • Experience with various sensor technologies
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, and Linux
  • Background in software development tools
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field
