Position Summary

We are in search of a Private Client Manager who will report directly to the Vice President of Retail for the East Coast:

The Private Client Manager will spearhead the Client Relations initiatives for our flagship location, with the primary goal of enhancing the store team's capacity to cultivate growth among our most valued customers. This role involves establishing personalized relationships, enriching client experiences, and identifying opportunities for client acquisition within the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategy for expanding top client engagement at the store level in partnership with the East Coast VP of Retail and the VP of Retail Experience.
  • Work alongside the Retail Experience and Marketing teams to create and activate relevant local brand partnerships, drawing in new high-potential clients.
  • Host exclusive events for top clients and prospects, both locally and internationally.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with leading stylists and celebrities, enhancing their connection with the brand.
  • Establish a strong network of Private Client Advisors within the flagship store and the broader New York City area.
  • Lead in-store events and retail programming initiatives for the flagship location.
  • Drive sales of premium product offerings.
  • Craft personalized engagement plans for our Very Important Clients (VICs) and high-potential individuals.
  • Support stores in achieving key client development performance metrics through reporting and action plan formulation.
Candidate Profile:
  • The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape, market dynamics, and global initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence both internally and externally.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity to work collaboratively across functions and adapt to rapidly changing environments.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Experience in Marketing and Events.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • 8-10 years of professional experience in VIP Relations, Marketing, and/or Retail.
Compensation:
  • Annual salary range of $110,000-$120,000.
