Reports to: Store Director, Boutique Manager

Division: Retail, Brand Boutique

OVERVIEW

The Client Advisor plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional client experience while achieving or surpassing sales targets within our prestigious brand boutique. Providing an extraordinary client experience is fundamental to this position. This is achieved through superior interpersonal communication, showcasing enthusiasm and passion for the brand consistently, and maintaining attractive and inviting displays in a clean and well-lit environment.

It is essential for the Client Advisor to cultivate a long-term relationship with clients based on trust, encouraging them to consider future purchases from the boutique. This involves strategic follow-ups, leveraging the CRM system and tools, and addressing escalated issues with exemplary diplomatic skills.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivering an Exceptional Client Experience

  • Create a welcoming, positive, and elevated atmosphere for discerning clients.
  • Exhibit enthusiasm and comprehensive knowledge of the brand's unique heritage, product range, and specific attributes.
  • Greet clients upon entry, attentively listen to their needs, and ask insightful discovery questions.
  • Educate and inform clients based on their requirements, fostering trust and developing lasting client relationships.
  • Implement brand strategies and guidelines effectively.
  • Ensure the visual presentation of products aligns with the luxury image of the brand.
  • When a sale is made, efficiently close and process the transaction:
    • Accurately process payments in accordance with policy, collaborating with the Operations Department as necessary.
    • Complete warranty documentation.
    • Ensure proper sizing, cleaning, and setting of products.
    • If needed, gift-wrap and prepare items for shipment.
    • Follow up with clients post-purchase.
  • Utilize the CRM system to gather client information and build ongoing relationships.
  • Address client concerns with outstanding diplomatic skills, ensuring a positive experience.
Achieving Sales Objectives
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Understand daily sales targets and their relation to weekly and monthly goals.
  • Focus on clienteling to foster long-term relationships, encouraging clients to return and make purchases. Follow up with clients using the CRM system as appropriate.
  • Welcome constructive feedback from managers to enhance sales performance.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Adhere strictly to all store security protocols.
  • Assist in setting up product displays and store windows.
  • Support fellow Client Advisors, promoting a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Comply with the company dress code policy.
  • Work with team members to maintain a clean and attractive store environment.
  • Punctuality is crucial; ensure timely attendance.
  • Assist in store opening or closing as required.
Brand Representation
  • Ensure all products are visually merchandised appropriately within the store.
  • Conduct daily stock checks to ensure proper handling of products.
  • Stay informed about brand and industry product knowledge through training sessions.
  • Embrace and execute the selling and service experience according to brand standards.
Requirements
  • A passion for client engagement and sales.
  • Exhibit a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule throughout the week.
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance with a positive demeanor.
  • Meet and exceed assigned goals, metrics, and objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of retail experience, preferably in luxury sales.
  • Prior experience with watches is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
  • Results-oriented and sales-driven.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • Willingness to be hands-on and assist the team with operational needs.
  • Adaptable with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Bi-lingual proficiency is a plus to cater to our diverse clientele.
SALARY: $ per hour plus commission
