SUMMARY:

As an Art Director, you will leverage your extensive experience in shaping luxury brands, crafting innovative strategies, and executing creative solutions that address campaign and branding challenges. Your role will encompass conceptualizing, designing, and implementing projects across both digital and print mediums. Your leadership will be pivotal in providing design direction, inspiring your team, and maintaining a luxury-focused mindset. You will manage direct reports and serve as a key representative of the brand to internal stakeholders, aligning business needs with our luxury market positioning.

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in creative roles, marketing, brand management, or related fields, with a strong background in luxury branding.
  • Lead and motivate the internal creative team to deliver high-quality projects efficiently.
  • Create branded marketing and advertising materials for various regional and agent initiatives.
  • Design across diverse media channels (print, digital, social, and video), ensuring a comprehensive approach from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic regional advertising campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure timely and budget-compliant content deliverables, collaborating with marketing leadership to enhance brokerage and agent business in key markets.
  • Maintain and update the brand style guide, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.
  • Engage in hands-on design work and project setup for team members.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present creative concepts effectively.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail in managing creative projects and workflows.
  • Possess a strong business acumen, understanding how to utilize creativity to achieve business results.
  • Bring a refined design sensibility and a commitment to producing elevated, brand-enhancing work.
  • Apply a luxury aesthetic to design elements such as layout, typography, color, and identity.

Creative Direction:

  • Guide and participate in the art direction of photoshoots and imagery selection, overseeing retouching processes.
  • Direct and support the creation of short and long-form video content to meet ongoing campaign requirements across various regions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, design innovations, and social media developments.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects from inception to completion under varying deadlines.
  • Possess skills in copywriting, storyboarding, and leading editorial processes.
  • Proficient in design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Understand UX/UI design principles and apply them to web and digital interface design.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube/Vimeo, and TikTok.
  • Animation and video editing skills, particularly in After Effects, are advantageous.
