SUMMARY:

As an Art Director, you will leverage your extensive experience in shaping luxury brands to provide innovative creative strategies and execute impactful ideas that address branding and campaign objectives. Your role will involve conceptualizing, designing, and implementing solutions across various media, including digital and print. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding the creative team, inspiring excellence, and maintaining a luxury-focused mindset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and mentor a talented internal creative team to ensure high-quality execution of projects.
  • Develop marketing and advertising materials tailored for diverse regional and agent initiatives.
  • Design across multiple platforms (print, digital, social media, and video), ensuring a comprehensive approach from concept to execution.

CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT:

  • Create strategic advertising campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of content, collaborating with marketing leadership to enhance brokerage and agent success.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand style guide, ensuring consistency across all brand interactions.
  • Engage in hands-on design work and project setup for team members as needed.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in creative roles, with a strong background in luxury brand development.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting creative concepts effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail in managing creative projects and workflows.
  • Proficient in design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles for web and digital interface design.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
  • Experience in video production, including directing and editing.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hands-on experience in overseeing video and photography production.
  • Ability to manage project timelines and internal creative calendars.
  • Strong network of industry contacts, including photographers and editors.
  • Proven track record in the luxury and lifestyle sectors.
