Job Title: Luxury Client Advisor

About the Role:

The Luxury Client Advisor is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience and meeting or exceeding sales objectives within our luxury boutique. This role requires a passion for building long-term relationships with clients, a deep understanding of our brand's unique heritage, and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Experience:
    • Create a positive, inviting, and elevated environment for discerning clients.
    • Be enthusiastic and knowledgeable about our brand's unique heritage, product range, and attributes.
    • Greet clients, listen to their needs, and ask discovery questions.
    • Educate and inform clients based on their needs, building trust and developing long-term relationships.
  • Sales and Service:
    • Implement brand strategies and guidelines.
    • Ensure visual presentation of products is consistent with our luxury image.
    • Closely process sales, including payment, warranty information, and gift-wrapping.
    • Follow up with clients on purchases.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Utilize our CRM system to build ongoing relationships with clients.
    • Handle client issues with outstanding diplomatic skills, creating a positive experience.
  • Performance Metrics:
    • Meet or exceed sales objectives for the month, quarter, and year.
    • Clearly understand daily sales objectives and how they relate to weekly and monthly targets.
    • Focus on developing long-term relationships with clients, using the CRM system to follow up and engage with clients.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of retail experience, preferably in the luxury market.
  • Prior watch experience is helpful but not required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relation skills.
  • Sales-driven and results-oriented.
  • Team player with a willingness to work collaboratively.
  • Adaptable with an attitude of continuous learning.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related discipline is preferred.
  • Bi-lingual language proficiency is a plus to cater to our international client base.

What We Offer:

A competitive hourly rate of $20.00-$25.00, plus commission, and the opportunity to work with a prestigious luxury brand like Tourneau|Bucherer.
