Your Role:
We are in search of a dedicated Influencer Marketing Manager who is eager to advance in the beauty and influencer domain. This individual should be highly imaginative, meticulous, and possess excellent time management and communication abilities. Success in this role requires thriving in a dynamic environment that values self-motivation and independence while collaborating effectively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing a comprehensive global influencer marketing strategy, fostering and maintaining long-term partnerships through both organic and sponsored content, as well as networking opportunities.
- Develop and present influencer briefs/guidelines, and manage the preparation and negotiation of contracts for paid collaborations.
- Maintain relationships with existing influencers while actively identifying and reaching out to new influencers that align with our brand voice and overall business strategy for ongoing and upcoming campaigns.
- Work alongside external content creators to generate engaging content for social media use.
- Collaborate with various teams including marketing, product development, and creative to ensure cohesive integration of influencer initiatives with broader marketing strategies.
- Contribute to the ideation and execution of influencer events and pop-ups, as well as digital activations for significant brand launches.
- Support creative research and project management for influencer mailer development and execution.
- Strategically enhance the TikTok Shop affiliate program and analyze performance metrics.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on influencer campaigns to establish best practices and recommend effective strategies using relevant analytical tools.
- Stay informed on emerging influencers and trends across social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- A strategic mindset with a proven history of managing influencer campaigns effectively for over 2 years, coupled with a genuine passion for the influencer marketing landscape.
- Current knowledge of the rapidly evolving influencer space and industry trends.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to perform well under pressure and juggle multiple tasks.
- A proactive attitude and readiness to engage hands-on with team members.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in utilizing analytics tools for performance evaluation.
Compensation: Salary range is $65,000 annually.
