Position Summary
As a Paid Media Strategist, you will play a crucial role in the client experience team, collaborating with clients on both strategic and operational fronts. Your responsibilities will encompass relationship management, integrated digital marketing, and comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving significant success for our clients.

  • Serve as a primary contact for designated client accounts
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of each client's business landscape, industry nuances, and competitive positioning
  • Lead the development of media strategies and planning initiatives
  • Collaborate with paid media execution teams to enhance media performance and implement experimental strategies
  • Analyze results from diverse analytics platforms to ensure client objectives are met and pinpoint areas for enhancement
  • Conduct regular client status meetings, quarterly business evaluations, and other essential client interactions
  • Foster client relationships and identify opportunities for account expansion
  • Introduce strategic and innovative concepts to client projects based on their goals and an understanding of cross-channel marketing dynamics
  • Oversee the quality assurance of all client-facing deliverables
  • Manage account and specialist teams on a project and client basis
Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in Paid Social and/or Paid Search Marketing, ideally within e-commerce, entertainment, or direct response sectors
  • Proficient in handling raw data and discerning trends
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel
  • Expertise in customer acquisition and direct response online marketing is a significant advantage
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit, robust work ethic, and a history of taking initiative
  • A holistic perspective while being willing to engage in hands-on tasks to achieve objectives
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of effective interaction across all organizational levels
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively
Work Environment
This position is based in our New York City office, and candidates must be willing to relocate within commuting distance.
