Role Overview
As a Paid Media Strategist, you will play a vital role within the client experience team, collaborating with clients on both strategic and operational fronts. Your responsibilities will encompass relationship management, integrated digital marketing initiatives, and comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at propelling client success.

  • Serve as a primary contact for designated client accounts.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of each client's business model, sector, and competitive landscape.
  • Lead the development of media strategies and planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with paid media execution teams to enhance media performance and implement testing strategies.
  • Analyze data from various analytics platforms to ensure client objectives are met and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Conduct regular client status meetings, quarterly business reviews, and other essential client interactions.
  • Foster client relationships and identify opportunities for account expansion.
  • Bring innovative and strategic insights to client projects based on their goals and an understanding of cross-channel marketing.
  • Oversee the quality assurance of all client-facing deliverables.
  • Manage account and specialist teams on a project and client basis.
Desired Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in Paid Social and/or Paid Search Marketing, ideally within e-commerce, entertainment, or direct response sectors.
  • Proficient in handling raw data and discerning trends.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
  • Expertise in customer acquisition and direct response online marketing is highly advantageous.
  • A proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and a proven history of taking initiative.
  • A comprehensive perspective while being willing to engage in hands-on tasks to achieve objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effective interaction across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and utilize time efficiently.
