We are in search of a dedicated Influencer Marketing Manager who is eager to advance in the beauty and influencer sector. The ideal candidate will be highly imaginative, detail-oriented, and possess excellent time management and communication abilities. You will excel in a fast-paced environment that demands self-direction and independence while still collaborating within a team.

Your role at MAËLYS will involve...

  • Executing a comprehensive global influencer marketing strategy, building and maintaining long-term relationships through both organic and sponsored content, including remote and in-person networking.
  • Developing and delivering influencer briefs and guidelines, as well as preparing and negotiating contracts for paid collaborations.
  • Maintaining the existing influencer network while identifying, sourcing, and engaging new influencers that align with our brand voice and business objectives for ongoing and upcoming campaigns.
  • Collaborating with external content creators to produce engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Working cross-functionally with the marketing, product development, and creative teams to ensure that influencer initiatives are integrated with overall marketing strategies.
  • Assisting in the ideation and execution of influencer events and pop-ups, along with managing social and digital activations for key brand launches.
  • Supporting creative research and project management for influencer mailer development and execution.
  • Strategically expanding the TikTok Shop affiliate program and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Monitoring, reporting, and evaluating influencer campaigns to identify best practices and recommend effective strategies using relevant tools.
  • Staying informed about emerging influencers and trends across various social media platforms.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • A strategic mindset with a proven history of managing influencer campaigns effectively for over 2 years, along with a genuine passion for influencer marketing.
  • An awareness of the rapidly changing influencer landscape and industry trends.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure and juggle multiple tasks.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to take a hands-on approach with team members.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools for performance tracking.

Salary range: $65,000 annually
