Role Summary:
The Influencer Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in the daily management of influencer, creator, and talent initiatives for digital-centric social campaigns and ongoing creator ambassador programs. This position is responsible for executing high-quality work in end-to-end influencer campaign management with minimal executive oversight, collaborating effectively with team members. Key responsibilities include identifying influencers, addressing client feedback, negotiating contracts, and strategically reviewing content deliverables to ensure successful campaign launches that meet client KPIs.
Critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail are essential for success in this role. The Influencer Marketing Manager ensures the agency produces innovative influencer content that aligns with client objectives, possessing a solid understanding of social and digital content production, as well as social media management processes and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all assigned influencer projects and campaigns, ensuring alignment with both internal and client objectives based on project briefs.
- Manage the daily execution of multiple overlapping influencer campaigns, serving as the primary contact for influencer-related inquiries, including:
- Contributing to influencer campaign strategies
- Sourcing influencers based on approved strategies while incorporating client feedback
- Drafting communications, briefs, and contracts for influencers, along with conducting timely and professional negotiations
- Reviewing influencer content critically, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring compliance with client brief requirements before publication.
- Administer influencer-related budgets, including tracking and managing influencer-creative budgets within the overall project budget, and facilitating invoicing as needed.
- Provide strategic and creative influencer support for client needs, identifying challenges and opportunities while assisting in developing solutions. Communicate any implications regarding scope or budget constraints to the Director of Influencer Marketing and relevant Accounts team.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in influencer management within an agency setting (previous roles may include influencer marketing coordinator and manager). Strong understanding of influencer campaign execution is essential.
- Ability to prioritize and manage 5 to 8 influencer campaigns simultaneously for various clients with differing budgets.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, characterized by professionalism and efficiency.
- Capability to adapt quickly and pivot when client information is limited.
- Proficient writing and oral presentation skills.
- Experience in budget tracking and negotiations related to influencer contracts.
- Familiarity with influencer contracting legalities and best practices.
- Established relationships with talent in both digital and traditional media sectors.
- Strong knowledge of FTC guidelines and required disclosures.
- Adept at working efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with tight deadlines.
- Highly skilled in Asana, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Apple products, and Box/Dropbox.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 annually. This role is also eligible for benefits and discretionary bonuses.
