Job Description

Bollinger Motors is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to deliver exceptional value to our customers, partnering with dealers and internal stakeholders to drive market leadership in the class 4-6 electric truck segment.

This position reports to the Director of Commercial Sales and is a field role within the U.S, focusing on areas such as Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona. The ideal candidate must be a resident in, or permanently reside within a reasonable travel (2-3 hour) driving proximity to one of the States noted. Travel required up to 80%.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Strong Relationships with assigned dealers, fleets, and accounts to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop Strategic Plans to achieve sales objectives, leveraging market insights and customer needs.
  • Exceed Sales Targets on a consistent basis, demonstrating a strong ability to prospect for new commercial fleet accounts within a geographic area.
  • Negotiate Commercial Fleet Volume Contracts and respond to RFQs, utilizing strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Utilize Salesforce Software to record, track, and manage lead activity, ensuring seamless sales and service delivery.
  • Act as Single Point of Contact to fleets on all sales and service needs, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay Informed on Market Trends, including product offerings and pricing, to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Represent Bollinger Motors at functions and trade shows, showcasing our products and services to key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 5-10 Years of Experience calling on major fleets in class 4-6 preferred.
  • Commercial Truck Dealership Experience from both the retail and OEM perspective preferred.
  • Awareness of Competition in the class 4-6 electric vehicle marketplace.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce software.
  • Class 4-6 Commercial Truck Specifications including body applications.
  • Electric Vehicle Experience desired.
  • Travel Required.
