Sales Director Job Description

iKrusher is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the cannabis industry.

  • Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Evaluate individual performances and provide coaching and feedback to improve sales results.
  • Report on regional sales results and forecast quarterly and annual profits.
  • Identify hiring needs and select, mentor, and train new staff/salespeople.
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
  • Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.

The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing receiving, warehousing distribution, and maintenance operations, as well as managing stock control and reconciling with the data storage system. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
