We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving sales targets.

- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the construction or related industries
- Strong track record of success in leading and managing sales teams to achieve high performance
- Extensive knowledge of sales strategies, lead management, and sales funnel optimization
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends to drive growth and improve performance
