Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Business Development to join our team at Goodwin Recruiting. This is an exciting opportunity to launch our new division and build new relationships, strengthening and diversifying our portfolio in positive, sustainable ways.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' experience in B2B technical sales in the plastic component/injection molding sector, with a strong background in new business development resulting in new accounts and revenue streams.

The Director of Business Development will be responsible for researching and pursuing new avenues and sales opportunities, partnering with internal teams to drive profitable, sustainable sales growth, and staying abreast of market trends to identify emerging opportunities.

The successful candidate will have a self-driven, goal-oriented mindset, capable of working independently to set and achieve aggressive goals, with a solid sales drive skill set and technical aptitude.

The Director of Business Development will also be responsible for ensuring consistent exemplary customer/client service and support, with a bonus up to 25% range and a complete and robust benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision; PTO, 401k and more.
