Position Overview:
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Manager - Audience Intelligence, Program Measurement & Strategy. This role is integral to the Program Measurement and Strategy team within the Communications & Marketing department. The selected candidate will spearhead initiatives to enhance our understanding of key audiences through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Audience Analysis and Segmentation:

  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of existing audience data, including attributes, models, and segmentation capabilities.
  • Analyze data from diverse sources to create holistic audience profiles, providing actionable insights aligned with NYULH's strategic goals.
  • Identify unique audience segments to inform the design of effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Utilize audience insights to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research initiatives, focusing on priority objectives for specific audience segments.
  • Maintain and manage audience data profiles across various marketing campaigns.

Digital and Platform Strategy:

  • Contribute to the formulation of research-based strategies targeting identified physician and prospect audiences.
  • Support direct channel and paid media campaigns by identifying relevant audiences and ensuring effective platform delivery.
  • Leverage knowledge of marketing products and platforms to enhance online acquisition efforts.
  • Develop tailored marketing strategies to meet the specific needs of various departments.
  • Create journey maps for audience segments across marketing channels.
  • Implement testing strategies to analyze audience behavior and preferences.
  • Facilitate the activation of digital marketing campaigns across departments, identifying synergies and potential conflicts.
  • Utilize performance metrics to evaluate campaign success and inform future strategies.
  • Support SEO and SEM initiatives to enhance online visibility and drive traffic.
  • Lead strategic marketing campaigns to support the growth of NYULH.
  • Stay informed on digital marketing trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Define governance structures to ensure effective campaign management.
  • Work with analytics teams to interpret results and refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with data architecture teams to optimize media activation.
  • Engage with channel activation teams to align audience strategies with data sources.
  • Partner with various teams to build and activate custom audiences as needed.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Strategy, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing Strategy. Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and proficiency in project management and data analysis are essential. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across functions are crucial. Candidates should demonstrate analytical skills and the capacity to communicate data-driven insights effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare marketing strategy and digital innovation is highly desirable.
