Job Title: Sr. Analytics Manager - Audience Analysis

Newsweek is a global media organization with a rich history of delivering high-quality content to its audience. We are seeking an experienced Sr. Analytics Manager to join our team and lead our audience analysis efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement audience analysis strategies to identify key demographics, behaviors, and trends.
  • Utilize a range of tools, including Google Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, Comscore, and SimilarWeb, to gather, analyze, and interpret data related to audience engagement, content performance, and market positioning.
  • Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Work closely with content, marketing, and product teams to provide data-driven insights that enhance audience engagement and retention.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, with at least 3 years focused on audience analysis within the media industry.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, Comscore, and SimilarWeb.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience leading a team and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with other analytics tools such as Power BI.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and metrics.
  • Familiarity with SQL or Python for advanced data analysis.
