Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data and Audience Strategist - Associate Director to join our team at GroupM. This role will involve working with clients to create and implement audience strategies, including data acquisition, audience insights, and audience architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop first-party data acquisition strategies, evaluating client landscapes and working with key stakeholders to identify existing data.
  • Lead the creation of audience strategies for retention, acquisition, and opportunistic white space to deliver growth.
  • Create audience insights, market, and audience sizing, leading to audience creation/segmentation to support growth strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to provide insights and potential optimization recommendations.
  • Lead the creation of hypotheses, use cases, and roadmaps to implement changes and future-proof the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of work experience in audience and data strategy applicable to marketing and/or media.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital data technologies and partners.
  • Proven track record of using advanced audience analytics, segmentation, and targeting techniques.
