Unlock the Power of Audience Measurement

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Audience Measurement team. As a key member of our Ad Sales Research, Data & Insights department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative ad solutions, establishing workflows for planning, optimizing, and measuring audiences, and driving greater value for our advertiser partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build Data-Driven Video (DDV) offerings that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Oversee the development and execution of Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives that accelerate our next-generation measurement and currency capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with measurement providers, leveraging their unique data offerings and methodological expertise to drive incremental improvements to our measurement of client campaigns.
  • Work closely with sales leads to ensure our audience measurement offerings are clear to our brand and agency clients, and gather feedback to further enhance our capabilities.
  • Lead the Audience Measurement team to become a center of excellence within the Ad Sales Research, Data & Insights department.
  • Track and synthesize data assets and methodology for common 3rd party measurement offerings that our clients or partners might have an interest in.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of linear and digital datasets, employing methodological revisions that alter reported audience levels from existing offerings, to share top-level findings with internal teams.
  • Assist in formulating Warner Bros. Discovery's point of view on media measurement, including creating presentations, white papers, and participating in industry committees to share our learnings and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of experience in ad-tech, media measurement, programming, or ad agency roles, with hands-on experience in media measurement and measurement product development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R for data analysis.
  • Solid knowledge of major linear and digital TV measurement reporting services, including Comscore, Nielsen, and VideoAmp.
  • Understanding of cross-platform and addressable measurement of broad demo and advanced audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, mathematics, marketing analytics, statistics, or economics.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
