About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Strategy Director with a proven track record in developing impactful strategies that drive brand engagement, supporter experience, and creative development. As a key member of our Strategy Team, you'll work closely with a cross-disciplinary group of experts to uncover rich audience insights, develop frameworks, and craft strategies that address the world's most pressing challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead research, discovery, and insight development processes to inform creative, messaging, and campaign design decisions.
  • Determine the right research methodology and strategic approach to client challenges, collaborating with internal and external teams to produce data-driven strategies.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research, including interviews, surveys, focus groups, and social listening, to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights, including strategic propositions, audience definitions, and clearly articulated objectives and KPIs.
  • Oversee or deliver traditional business and marketing frameworks, such as SWOTs, personas, user journeys, and creative briefs.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions, client presentations, workshops, and project delivery.

What We're Looking For
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in a strategy role.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex work clearly and build trust with clients and colleagues.
  • A mix of qualitative and quantitative research experience, with familiarity with social psychology, cognitive science, and behavioral economics frameworks.
  • Experience with social listening tools like Brandwatch and Audiense, and syndicated survey tools like GWI.
  • A curious and proactive mind, with a passion for using data to identify and solve problems.
  • Experience facilitating ideation sessions and workshops, with a strong ability to adapt to new situations and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $75-$125 per hour, with compensation commensurate with experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
