Key Purpose:
We are in search of an Audience Insights and Analytics Lead to assist our Global Brands teams. In this capacity, you will serve as the primary resource for managing our audience data, overseeing tasks such as reporting, data analysis, and internal data utilization. You will be tasked with generating comprehensive reports that will be essential for our Attendee Experience, Retailer & Brands, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams. Furthermore, your role will be pivotal in supporting the execution of our Meetup program, which entails analyzing audience data to facilitate effective segmented communication strategies. Additionally, you will collect and evaluate audience data for cross-departmental use, playing a vital role in enhancing attendee engagement as well as advancing sales and marketing initiatives.
The Audience Insights and Analytics Lead will collaborate closely with the Retailer & Brands, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams, reporting directly to the SVP of Attendee Experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enhance our audience data for our registered attendee base to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Generate and maintain reports that monitor audience activity leading up to our events.
- Collaborate with marketing to create strategic audience segments and lists for targeted campaigns.
- Work alongside sales teams to provide current audience reporting that can be utilized for sales efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in CRM Systems: Proven expertise in managing CRM data, emphasizing accuracy and utility.
- Reporting Experience: Ability to produce insightful reports within CRM platforms and through external tools to inform business decisions.
- Analytical Proficiency: Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Project Management Skills: Excellent organizational and project management abilities to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills, adept at presenting data insights and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- The salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $90,000, depending on experience.
