Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an Audience Data and Analytics Manager to enhance our Global Brands teams. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of our audience data, including reporting, data analysis, and internal data utilization. You will be tasked with generating comprehensive reports that will support our Attendee Experience, Retailer & Brands, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams. Your contributions will also be vital in executing our Meetup program, which requires analyzing audience data to effectively implement segmented communication strategies. Furthermore, you will collect and interpret audience data for cross-departmental use, playing a crucial role in enhancing attendee engagement and advancing sales and marketing initiatives.

The Audience Data and Analytics Manager will collaborate closely with the Retailer & Brands, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams and will report directly to the SVP of Attendee Experience.

Key Duties Include:

  • Overseeing and refining our audience data for our registered attendee base to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Creating and maintaining reports that monitor audience activity leading up to our events.
  • Collaborating with marketing to devise strategic audience segments and lists for targeted campaigns.
  • Working alongside sales teams to provide current audience reporting that can be utilized for sales efforts.

Qualifications:

  1. Proficient in HubSpot and/or Similar CRM: Proven expertise in CRM data management is crucial, with an emphasis on data accuracy and utility.
  2. Reporting Experience: Capability to produce insightful reports within CRM platforms and through external tools, guiding strategic business decisions.
  3. Analytical Proficiency: Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data and transform it into actionable insights.
  4. Project Management Skills: Excellent organizational and project management capabilities to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  5. Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills, adept at effectively presenting data insights and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • The salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $90,000, depending on experience.
  • This role is eligible for a competitive bonus structure.
