Job Title: Insights Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Insights Manager to join our team at 1000heads, a global agency that combines expertise in data & analytics, strategy, technology, and creativity to help businesses build Social Age brands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Insight Team in providing data-driven insights and decision-making support to our clients. This includes developing and deploying research and measurement methodologies, collecting and analyzing data from various sources, and producing and presenting reports that interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement research and measurement methodologies to support client projects
  • Collect and analyze data from social listening tools, native platform analytics, and 3rd party research
  • Produce and present reports that interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Work with account leads to define and refine client briefs and create bespoke solutions for their insight and measurement needs
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, including Insight Analysts and Jr. Insight Analysts
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in an analyst or social media marketing role, with expertise in social and digital elements
  • Advanced knowledge of social and digital platform analytics, social listening platforms, and audience analysis platforms
  • Ability to find, test, and implement new tools and processes for digital tracking and measurement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
