Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our corporate office, including sorting and sending mail, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Office Management: Maintain the office supplies, order new materials and IT hardware, and stock supply stations to ensure a well-stocked and organized office environment.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Greet visitors and applicants, answer phones, and direct calls in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Skills: Strong written and verbal skills, experience with MS Suite (Excel, PP, Word, Outlook), detail-oriented, and strong organizational skills.
