About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Senior Directors. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and prioritize a wide range of projects in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate complex meetings with multiple executives and locations.
  • Organize domestic and international travel.
  • Submit expense reports.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events such as off-sites, team-building events, and organizational-wide meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong business judgment and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other Executive Administrators.
  • Proficiency in our products and tools.
  • Displays a positive and approachable personality.
  • Upbeat spirit of passion, energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group.
