As an Administrative Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support, including preparing correspondence and reports, filing, and other general office tasks. You'll also provide back-up telephone support, process invoices and billings, and maintain unit attendance records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including preparing correspondence and reports
- File documents and maintain suspense files
- Provide back-up telephone support
- Process invoices and billings
- Maintain unit attendance records
- Record meeting minutes
- Maintain adequate supply inventory
Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- One year of experience in general office administrative duties or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills
