Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Administrator to join our team at Mountainside Treatment Center. As a key member of our Shipping and Receiving Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services within our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with inventory ordering and control, including one-off ordering and asset management.
  • Provide required inventory and maintain par levels for all stocked supplies.
  • Responsible for the accurate entry and quality verification of all products received.
  • Deliver incoming items to the appropriate parties and distribute internal supply orders.
  • Fulfill supply requests, replenish stock, and process special orders.
  • Assist the Supply Chain Supervisor with data input for new FFE and IT assets.
  • Submit, order, and complete purchase orders for FFE, Inventory, and Operations.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all stocked supplies and reorder items when they reach par reorder level.
  • Support coordination of deliveries with all departments to minimize client interruptions.
  • Ensure the Storage Facility is clean and orderly at all times.
Requirements
  • Associates degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred.
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 10 to 20 pounds horizontally and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist.
