About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Sales Professional to join our team at International Executive Service Corps. As a Senior Account Executive - Facilities O&M, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results in the built environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets in the built environment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales experiences for internal stakeholders and clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, and share knowledge with clients to drive business growth
  • Deliver consultative sales solutions to meet the unique needs of each client
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of proven sales experience in the built environment or a related industry
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, architecture, or equivalent business experience
  • Strong consultative sales skills and ability to build relationships and trust with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • A self-starter mentality with a drive to continuously learn and grow
