Position Overview

Our client, a prominent IT consulting organization specializing in the Financial Services sector, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee their financial operations. This firm has a global workforce exceeding 2,000 professionals and is recognized for its expertise in Payments, Mortgages & Lending, and Capital Markets, including Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Real Estate, and Wealth & Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the financial strategy and operations, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.
  2. Oversee financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  3. Manage M&A activities, including due diligence, valuation, and integration efforts.
  4. Direct the transition and optimization of comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  5. Provide strategic insights to enhance financial performance and shareholder value.
  6. Foster a results-oriented culture within the finance team, promoting accountability and excellence.

Qualifications

  1. A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline; an MBA or CPA is highly desirable.
  2. At least 15 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles, particularly within the technology consulting and IT services sectors.
  3. Exceptional financial acumen with a thorough understanding of accounting standards and regulatory frameworks.
  4. Proven track record in financial planning and analysis, as well as budgeting and forecasting.
  5. Experience managing international financial operations, including foreign currencies and time zone considerations.
  6. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.

This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary in the range of $200K to $300K, along with performance-based bonuses.
