Essential Duties:
- Serve as the representative for captive insurance matters.
- Assist in the implementation of ERP systems and procedures.
- Assess and report on the financial performance of the organization.
- Contribute to the development of financial strategies and business plans as a key partner.
- Deliver timely and precise analyses of budgets and financial statements.
- Advise executive management on the financial implications of various business initiatives.
- Maintain strong collaborative relationships with other executives to provide effective financial solutions.
- Conduct thorough reviews of contracts and perform financial analyses across different business lines.
- Provide insights to stakeholders regarding business and tax-related issues and oversee investment strategies.
- Evaluate departmental structures and team strategies for ongoing improvement.
- Act as the primary liaison for external auditors and perform additional duties as assigned.
Supervisory Functions:
- Lead and manage all Finance & Accounting operations.
- Execute supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and regulations.
- Conduct recruitment, training, and development of finance personnel.
- Assign tasks, evaluate performance, and manage employee relations.
- Address and resolve employee concerns effectively.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is required; CPA, MBA, or CMA credentials are advantageous.
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, ideally within the wireless sector.
