Essential Duties:

  • Serve as the representative for captive insurance matters.
  • Assist in the implementation of ERP systems and procedures.
  • Assess and report on the financial performance of the organization.
  • Contribute to the development of financial strategies and business plans as a key partner.
  • Deliver timely and precise analyses of budgets and financial statements.
  • Advise executive management on the financial implications of various business initiatives.
  • Maintain strong collaborative relationships with other executives to provide effective financial solutions.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of contracts and perform financial analyses across different business lines.
  • Provide insights to stakeholders regarding business and tax-related issues and oversee investment strategies.
  • Evaluate departmental structures and team strategies for ongoing improvement.
  • Act as the primary liaison for external auditors and perform additional duties as assigned.

Supervisory Functions:

  • Lead and manage all Finance & Accounting operations.
  • Execute supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and regulations.
  • Conduct recruitment, training, and development of finance personnel.
  • Assign tasks, evaluate performance, and manage employee relations.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns effectively.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is required; CPA, MBA, or CMA credentials are advantageous.
  • At least 7 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, ideally within the wireless sector.
