About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team at Penn Foster Inc. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, brokers, and internal teams
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the health insurance industry
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal teams
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
