Job Overview

As a key member of our SMB Team Sales team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and exceeding monthly sales quota objectives. This role will involve meeting and exceeding sales targets by successfully acquiring accounts within multiple geographic territories, with opportunities to own a geographic territory in the future.

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking, under the supervision of a sales manager.
  • Analyze customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services, tailoring customer recommendations to present and close business.
  • Present and close deals, working with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.
  • Participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings, devising creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
  • Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting, using all sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment.
  • Task Management, Customer Service, Communication, Effective presentation and closing skills, and Proposal Writing experience.
