Account Executive for Cannabis Sales

At Oryon Canna, we are dedicated to delivering an exceptional cannabis experience for all patients by producing high-quality cannabis products. As a prominent name in the expanding Oklahoma market, we are seeking to enhance our workforce.
Position SummaryWe are currently looking for an Account Executive based in the Oklahoma City region. This position involves making proactive calls to establish new accounts, processing reorders, conducting in-person visits to clients, and becoming a vital part of our dynamic team culture. The ideal candidate will possess prior sales experience within the cannabis sector and will thrive on fostering relationships with clients and industry stakeholders to enhance brand engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market analysis and generate leads to identify new account prospects.
- Engage in frequent outbound sales calls to current accounts to strengthen relationships and manage reorders.
- Analyze sales data by customer to uncover insights and opportunities for growth within our existing clientele.
- Handle incoming inquiries from current and potential customers regarding products and orders.
- Support the remote sales team by visiting dispensaries in person to finalize account agreements.
- Contribute to team sales meetings by sharing insights on growth opportunities and challenges.
- Complete weekly reports detailing CRM activities and sales performance.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience; experience in phone sales is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the cannabis industry.
- Experience with LeafLink and Distru systems is a plus.
- Access to reliable transportation and a laptop.
- Full-time position: 40-hour work week.
- Base salary plus commission structure.
- Monthly commission payments for new accounts and reorders.
