KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver outstanding service throughout the customer journey.
- Engage effectively with customers in person, over the phone, and via email to identify their needs.
- Act as a representative for SAM PACK FORD COUNTRY OF LEWISVILLE, showcasing what sets us apart.
- Guide customers through the sales process, including interviews, vehicle selection, test drives, and financing options.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Build and nurture strong relationships while promoting teamwork.
- Welcome and assist customers entering the dealership or sales area.
- Help customers choose a vehicle by asking insightful questions and attentively listening to their responses.
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding goals, planned activities, evaluations, and insights.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience in sales and/or customer service is highly desirable.
- Energetic and enthusiastic demeanor throughout the workday.
- Friendly and approachable personality, especially in negotiations and handling objections.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Willingness to undergo a drug screening prior to employment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record in accordance with company policies.
- Professional appearance is essential.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
