KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver outstanding service throughout the customer journey.
  • Engage in effective communication in-person, via phone, and through email to identify customer needs.
  • Act as a representative for SAM PACK FORD COUNTRY OF LEWISVILLE by highlighting our unique advantages.
  • Guide customers through the sales process, including interviews, vehicle selection, test drives, and financing options.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships while promoting teamwork.
  • Welcome and assist customers entering the dealership showroom or sales area.
  • Help customers choose a vehicle by asking insightful questions and attentively listening to their responses.
  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding goals, planned activities, evaluations, and analyses.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in sales and/or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic demeanor throughout the sales day.
  • Friendly and approachable personality, particularly when addressing objections and negotiating prices.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Willingness to undergo a drug screening prior to employment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record in accordance with company policies.
  • Professional appearance is required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
