About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Leader to join our team at Icertis, a global leader in contract lifecycle management (CLM). As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives and system implementations throughout the end-to-end solution design and development process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product delivery and strategy setting, ensuring alignment with business needs and direction.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, including Business partners and adjacent Technology organizations.
  • Training and Development: Design and implement relevant training materials, business process flows, and SOPs, and support training delivery to relevant team members.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide hands-on support during post-go live hyper care and support phases, ensuring seamless system integration and user adoption.
  • Decision-Making: Drive decision-making across cross-functional teams, ensuring trade-offs are understood and mitigations are put in place when required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 6 years of experience in a related occupation, with a strong background in Enterprise software systems, such as Netsuite, Salesforce, Coupa, Concur, Avalara, FloQast, Anaplan, Celigo, Dell Boomi, Xactly, and ADP.
  • Skills: Proven experience in configuring and implementing Enterprise software systems, with a strong understanding of business processes, such as lead to quote, order to cash, record to report, procure to pay, and Sales Commissions.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a global environment.
