Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Business Systems initiatives on strategic projects and system implementations, overseeing the entire solution design and development process from conception to deployment.
  • Collaborate closely with team members, leadership, and product owners to ensure effective product delivery while continuously evaluating and refining team structures in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Establish and nurture strong partnerships with internal business units and related technology teams, including Quality Assurance, User Experience, Program Management, and Enterprise Architecture.
  • Assist in the creation of training materials, business process documentation, and standard operating procedures, while also supporting the delivery of training to relevant personnel.
  • Provide hands-on support during the post-implementation phase, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Facilitate decision-making across cross-functional teams in both technical and operational domains, ensuring that trade-offs are understood and managed effectively.
  • Possess a solid understanding of business processes such as lead-to-quote, order-to-cash, record-to-report, procure-to-pay, and sales commissions.
  • Act as the Enterprise Architect for various business systems, including but not limited to Netsuite, Salesforce, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Concur, Avalara, FloQast, Anaplan, Celigo, Dell Boomi, and Xactly.

Travel Requirements: This position may require travel up to 10-20% of the year. Remote work options are available.


Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role or related occupation. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience will be considered.


Required Experience:
  • Proficiency in configuring enterprise software systems, including Netsuite, Salesforce, Coupa, Concur, Avalara, FloQast, Anaplan, Celigo, Dell Boomi, and Xactly.
  • Experience in people management, project management, and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global environment and possess strong analytical skills.
