Key Responsibilities

Financial Management:
  • Financial Planning: Work closely with the CEO and CFO to develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost-control measures.
  • Financial Analysis: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's finances and analyze financial data to ensure the financial health and growth of the company.
  • Implement Financial Best Practices: Implement financial best practices to drive profitability and fiscal responsibility.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field; MBA highly preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in an operations leadership role within the healthcare industry, ideally in the dental sleep medicine and healthcare space at the multi-state or national level.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrated knowledge, experience, and relationships in the dental sleep medicine and healthcare industry; experience taking a startup or small business to the next level; strong business acumen and a strategic mindset; financial literacy and the ability to analyze complex data; excellent leadership, people management, and team building skills.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $150,000, generous equity incentives, benefits (health, vision, dental), and remote/hybrid capabilities. This position requires domestic travel as needed.
