Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and nurture a team of program managers with diverse experience levels and career trajectories.
  • Identify and address cross-functional and inter-team challenges.

  • Act as the team's primary advocate - celebrating achievements and assisting in overcoming obstacles.
  • Approach work strategically, prioritizing tasks and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Identify opportunities to align projects with business-critical initiatives and drive cross-functional programs to enhance team performance.

Adapt to ambiguity and engage leaders across functions to develop plans and communicate effectively with a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Manage key programs that require senior leadership involvement and drive them to successful completion.

Consistently deliver programs and achieve goals within set timelines.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in people management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on organization.
  • Experience in core project management competencies, including budget, scope, schedule, requirements, quality, risk, and critical path management.
  • Familiarity with modern development methodologies such as Agile, DevOps, and/or Kanban.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Passion for emerging technologies.
  • Experience interacting with customers, senior executives, and business leaders.
  • Extensive team management experience.
  • Interest in identifying opportunities for engineering training and skills development.
  • Understanding of business operations.
  • Technical knowledge to engage in design, tooling, and implementation discussions.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing new engineering operational processes.
  • Advanced knowledge or education in engineering.
