Responsibilities of the Sales Development Specialist:

  • Identify potential leads, assess prospective business opportunities, develop proposals, present to clients, and establish new sustainable business relationships.
  • Engage in local travel 60-70% of the week - auto allowance provided (This position is not remote)
  • Deliver tailored solutions that reflect a deep understanding of the prospective client's business requirements.
  • Actively manage negotiations, finalize agreements, and onboard new accounts while collaborating with a service team to ensure effective service delivery.

Qualifications for the Sales Development Specialist:

  • Experience in outside sales or new account business development is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions to proactively communicate and resolve issues with urgency.
  • Proficient computer skills, including expertise in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary for this role to facilitate travel between locations.
