Position Overview:
We are in search of a driven and experienced B2B Sales Executive to become a vital part of our energetic team in the construction sector.
This position offers a unique chance to play a significant role in our company’s expansion by developing and maintaining relationships with key business clients.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in B2B sales, particularly within the construction industry.

As our B2B Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and cold calling.

- Formulating and executing effective sales strategies to stimulate business growth.
- Achieving and surpassing sales goals and performance indicators.
- Providing precise sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Staying informed about the latest industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Collaborating with the sales team and other internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.
- Engaging in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our offerings.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the construction sector.
- A proven history of successful prospecting and cold calling.
- A strong grasp of the construction industry, including products, services, and market dynamics.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate strong relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
