Position Overview:

As our B2B Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Formulating and executing effective sales strategies to stimulate business growth.
  • Achieving and surpassing sales goals and performance indicators.
  • Providing precise sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Staying informed about the latest industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborating with the sales team and other internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Engaging in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our offerings.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the construction sector.

  • A proven history of successful prospecting and cold calling.
  • A strong grasp of the construction industry, including products, services, and market dynamics.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate strong relationships and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
