Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Outside Sales Account Manager who possesses a strong background in culinary operations. This role is pivotal in fostering new business relationships and understanding client requirements in the produce sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue potential clients within the market.
- Engage with prospects to assess their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Negotiate agreements and finalize sales to meet financial objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams to guarantee client satisfaction and effective solution delivery.
- Stay informed about industry developments, product offerings, and competitive landscape.
- Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of recent experience as an Executive Chef.
- Experience in kitchen management.
- Familiarity with seasonal culinary trends.
- Expertise in culinary inventory oversight.
- Understanding of budgeting and cost management in culinary settings.
- Exceptional marketing, communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening upon offer.
Compensation: $60,000 Annual Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities and Comprehensive Benefits Package
