Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Outside Sales Account Manager to leverage your extensive culinary expertise and sales acumen. In this role, you will focus on cultivating new business relationships and addressing client needs related to produce procurement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market.
  • Engage with potential clients to assess their requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay informed about trends and competitor strategies.
  • Negotiate agreements and finalize sales transactions to meet financial objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and effective solution delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, product offerings, and competitive landscape.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as an Executive Chef.
  • Proven experience in kitchen management.
  • Familiarity with seasonal culinary trends.
  • Expertise in culinary inventory oversight.
  • Understanding of budgeting and cost management in a culinary context.
  • Exceptional marketing, communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening upon offer.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Compensation: $60,000 Annual Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities and Comprehensive Benefits Package
